Risk Radar
The revenue worth worrying about, before it goes
The MRR that is less settled than the chart makes it look.
app.kometrics.com/risk

A cancellation booked for next month is still counted in the MRR you have today, and correctly so. That does not make it safe. The radar collects the revenue that carries a warning sign and puts a number on it.
Four signals: subscriptions already scheduled to cancel, customers stuck in dunning, plans that were recently downgraded, and annual renewals coming up. Each customer is counted once however many signals point at them, so the total is money at risk rather than a scoreboard.
What it does
- Scheduled cancellations, dunning, recent downgrades and upcoming annual renewals
- One number for the MRR at risk, with the reason behind every name
- Ranked biggest first, so the list is a work queue
- Customers counted once, however many signals they trip
