Questions
- What happens when I cross $1,000 MRR?
- Settings then Billing starts showing an upgrade prompt with your tracked MRR next to the threshold, and you start the plan from there whenever you are ready. Nothing about your data changes at the moment you cross: your history stays, your integrations keep syncing.
- Is yearly actually cheaper?
- Yes. Yearly is $180 once, which works out to $15 a month, against $19 a month paying monthly. That is 21 percent off, and it is the only discount on the page. There is no annual contract to negotiate and no minimum term beyond the year you paid for.
- Does everything really come included?
- Yes, and it is the whole idea. Every report, Forecast, Revenue Calendar, Risk Radar, Cohorts, Maps, Goals, Kometrics AI, all four billing sources, the API and webhooks, unlimited team members and unlimited workspaces. There is no higher tier to sell you, so there is nothing to hold back.
- Is there a free trial, and do you need my card?
- No card to sign up, and no countdown. Instead of a 14-day trial the free tier is usage-based: you stay free for as long as your tracked MRR is under $1,000, with every feature switched on. You only reach a payment form once your book passes the threshold and you choose to start the plan.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, from Settings then Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, change your payment method and download invoices. There is no phone call and no retention flow to sit through.
- What counts as MRR for the free limit?
- The current MRR of your own book, summed across every workspace on your team, exactly as the MRR report shows it. It is your customers’ recurring revenue, not your payment volume, so one-time charges and refunds do not push you over. You can see the number Kometrics is metering at any time in Settings then Billing.
- Do you support my billing provider?
- Kometrics reads Stripe, Paddle, Creem and Asaas today. If you bill through Zuora, Recurly, Chargebee or Braintree, we cannot read it yet, and it is better you know that before signing up than after.
- Does the price change as I grow?
- No. It is the same $19 a month at $2,000 MRR and at $2 million. Most tools in this category price on the revenue they are measuring, so the bill climbs exactly when the business is working. Ours does not move.
