Terms of Service

Kometrics ("the service") is a subscription analytics platform: it connects to your billing providers, imports your billing history and computes revenue metrics. The service is provided by Fields Apps LTDA, a company organized under the laws of Brazil ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite to your team. Anything done through your account is on you.

The billing data you connect stays yours. We access it read-only, to compute your metrics, and never sell it or share it with third parties beyond the processors needed to run the service. The Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement are part of these terms.

The service is free while your tracked MRR is under $1,000. Above that, the paid plan applies, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days of notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.

No reselling the service, no probing or disrupting it, no using it to process data you have no right to process, and no attempting to access another workspace's data.

We work to keep the service available and your data fresh, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without uptime guarantees on the free tier. Metrics are computed from the data your billing providers expose; we do not warrant them as accounting records, and nothing in the service is accounting, tax or investment advice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country.

You can cancel and disconnect your sources at any time; we can suspend accounts that break these terms. On termination we delete your imported billing data within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of the company's registered seat in Brazil, except where the law of your country of residence gives you a non-waivable right to another forum.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the product before they take effect. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
